Reasi, April 13: In a significant step towards fulfilling a long-pending demand of the area, MP Jugal Kishore Sharma along with MLA Reasi Kuldeep Raj Dubey today formally inaugurated the construction and upgradation work of the Garhi–Jij Bagli Road (Km 12th to Gabbar Dowari) under the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY).On the occasion, the leaders expressed gratitude to Narendra Modi for his visionary leadership and continued commitment towards strengthening rural connectivity across the country.Constructed at an estimated cost of ₹827.56 lakh, the project is to significantly improve connectivity in the region, ensuring smoother transportation and opening new avenues for overall socio-economic development.The event was attended by district administration officials, BJP District President Reasi Rohit Dubey, Joint Secretary J&K UT Sheel Magotra, former public representatives, party workers, and a large number of local residents.The project reflects the aspirations of the people and marks a major milestone in enhancing infrastructure in the region.
